Heather Ridge Apartments welcome you to cozy updated apartments. Just a ten minute walk to Colorado Mesa University and even closer to shopping, parks, and fine dining. These apartments are snuggled within a five-plex bungalows. There is a private backyard patio right outside the bedroom room door and an attached shed. Assigned off-street parking is available (one space per apartment).
Easy access to the interstate to take you to our beautiful Grand Mesa (the world's largest flat top mountain) where you can enjoy camping, hiking, skiing, and relaxation.
Tenant sings up for Xcel and their own Wifi. There is a monthly fee of $60.00/month (RUBS) for the remaining utilities. There is a monthly fee of $12.00 for RLL, the tenant responsible for Renter's Insurance.
One pet (under 30 pounds (adult weight)) is allowed. A pet deposit of $300.00. There is a $30.00 a monthly pet fee.
