The application fee is $47 per adult over 18 years of age, accompanied by a $100 administrative fee, a $500 security deposit, $35 for utilities, and a $12 monthly liability fee.

Pets are welcome, with a limit of two.

The pet rent is $35.00 for pets under 40 pounds, along with a $300.00 pet deposit.

Optional storage rental is available for $15.

Qualifications include a requirement of two and a half times the rent. We conduct credit, criminal, and eviction background checks. Applicants must not have any evictions within the past seven years or outstanding debts to other properties.
