These apartments home have been renovated including newer appliances, new cabinet doors, new hardware, new fixtures, new bathtub and tile surround, new windows; and vinyl flooring throughout the apartment with carpet in the bedrooms!

We are a pet-friendly community and allow up to two pets per apartment. There are breed and weight restrictions for dogs (must be at adult weight under 40 pounds). There is a $150.00 pet deposit and a $150.00 non-refundable pet fee per pet. In addition, there is a $30.00 monthly pet rent per pet.
