Our one bedroom apartment has a large walk-in-closet. The bathroom has a separate powder room from the bath room. The galley kitchen includes a microwave, fridge, full range, and dishwasher. There is a large bonus closet for your use.

The entry is coded to get into the building. There is an on-site, laundry room with three machines and dryers. Off-street parking is available. This is a non-smoking facility and we do accept one pet(cat/dog) under 30 pounds.

Tenant pays a monthly flat fee of $90.00 to cover the gas, electric, water, sewer, and trash utilities. You are responsible for your own WIFI.
